Came yesterday for my mom's birthday drink I bought her. It was a large half and half tea with extra peppermint. It had mostly ice and they did full sweet. She is diabetic. We have been here a handful of times and never had a drink like this before. It was just bad that it was fully sweet when I said half and half and made sure to explain that it was half sweet and half unsweet. Why did I tip? I tipped for the worker who had to be outside, that tip better have gone to her and not the person who made my drink because it was a joke. Again, never any issues until yesterday and it was just not good at all.

seems like they did a shift change and were talking to a coworkers or friends in the car infront of us. we got to sit behind the car they were talking too for 10+ mins watching as the other line completed 4 other orders. They never made an attempt to take our orders, just kept checking their watch till it was time for them to leave. The person who took over never came and took our order and the girl servicing the other line actually took our order and someone from inside gave us our drinks. The drinks are always right but one bad apple will ruin the bunch and I've already heard stories about the other 7brew places in town. I hope they are able to uphold their standards.

Wow, what delicious coffee! This is the first time I've been served coffee that's actually hot, just the way it should be. I'll definitely be back soon. So good!

I've gone to the same 7 brew many times and have had amazing service (Shelbyville Road, Louisville KY). I love getting their smoothies. I got a small strawberry banana smoothie and noticed they didn't even fill the cup up all the way, not like a little amount, a pretty noticeable amount. After two sips I realized the taste wasn't right either, it significantly lacked the usual distinct strong strawberry and banana flavor, this one tastes mainly of ice.
While this made me sad because I had been looking forward to this drink all day, I hope it was just a one time thing and that next time the smoothie will be full and taste better.

Great coffee options! The mocha ranges are with chocolate milk which is unique. Easy drive thru service, lucky to score some of the Christmas deals
