i’m gonna be honest, every. single. time. i go here to get a drink, it’s ALWAYS the wrong one. someone please explain to me why my pomegranate smoothie is WHITE. like how does that happen? i asked for a pink mermaid chiller one time, it came to me orange. the taste is always so wrong and it is definitely an outlier in all of the 7brews in louisville. i would avoid this one like the plague. if you’re spending $9+ on a drink it needs to be what you ordered. the whole staff should be retrained. so if you don’t care to spend $10 for a botched drink, i would recommend this place.

I love the workers here. They are all very nice and work hard to get our drinks out as fast as possible! They never fail to make my drink right! I love coming here before school or before church! The workers are always super sweet! Such a great spot for coffee! The one thing that would make this place better is if they had some type of food to go with the coffee!! Other than that this place is great!

Went to seven brew today in Middletown and don’t ever have an issue going here but today I needed to go here really quick before work and the line was not long at all. The left line had four cars. The right line had two cars so naturally I go to gravitate toward the right line. Seeing that the left line was constantly taking orders. The right line did not. Customer service was terrible. The person taking my order was talking to the car in front of me for about 10 minutes not even over exaggerating. Did not even take the order until I said that I had to be at work. And I was on a time crash. I guess if you talk to your friend for a couple minutes. But if you see that the line is forming in the drive-through line, go ahead and get orders and then go back and talk to your friend. Like my time is money and I know you’re all is too. I wish you guys had the option for placing a pick up through your mobile app because this would save a lot of time and stress

I love coming to 7 Brew most mornings to grab a delicious coffee before work. The staff are always friendly, fast and efficient. They have a point system where you actually accumulate enough points to get free drinks, I have free drinks on my account all the time! You won't be disappointed!

Carter and Jenna are amazing shift leads! They’re always so sweet and welcoming every time we come through. You can really tell they care about their customers, and they make the experience at 7 Brew absolutely wonderful. We’re not from the area but make it a point to stop when we’re there, because this is one of our favorite locations!
