They serve Italian food (under halal guidelines) and Afghan/ middle eastern food. The Lamb Shank dish with rice was very good. I enjoyed their middle eastern food more than their italian. But the cannoli for dessert was also definitely amazing. I love the east meets west concept here. My only complaint is its not a big restaurant, so if they're ever having a busy schedule and you walk in - it'll be packed. But being a small restaurant also keeps it quiet and peaceful, so its not all bad being a small place to eat.

Good local restaurant with a nice menu selection, generous portion sizes, and what I assume is authentic Afghan food. I ordered the bolani and mantu, both were delicious and I have leftovers! Got some pink tea to go. Will be back.

The food here is incredibly fresh and you can truly taste the care that goes into every dish. I love that every item on the menu feels unique and full of flavor, it honestly makes it hard to pick a favorite! So happy this spot is in Louisville, it’s become a must-visit for us every time we’re in town. Here is a pic of the two items we ate today and LOVED!

Such a unique spot! I chose a dish from the Afghan menu (mantu), my friend chose one from the Italian menu (cream mustard chicken), and then we split. So delicious!! Also a nice atmosphere.
I recommend making a reservation for a larger party, due to the size of the restaurant. We went for a bday celebration and there were several of us. It was very easy to make a reservation over the phone beforehand!
