Amazing place to come for great food! The staff are a little stand-off but this food makes up! The fastness of the food is like better than fast food service ! Price won’t break the bank

Service is lacking, we had a party of 8 and at the time there was one party of 2 and the wait staff were slow to come take our drink orders and food orders.
One guest ordered the daily special with the addition of meatballs per the lunch menu and they brought out an entirely different meal. They agreed to eat the meal that was brought out, but wanted meatballs that came with the dish that he ordered, and three meatballs came out on a plate.
When the bill came out, majority of the checks were incorrect - advertised $8.99 but charged $9.99, but the one guest who agreed to eat a different meal to prevent the kitchen from re-making a dish (and because we had to get back to work) was charged $8 in excess because they charged them for the wrong meal and incorrectly charged them for a side of meatballs instead of the meal addition of meatballs. They brought it to the server’s attention and she argued with them for 10 minutes saying that they should have known that being served 3 meatballs instead of 2 was a “side” and not an “addition.” But it was our group’s first time at the restaurant the menu didn’t clarify.
The food was good and warm. I ordered gluten-free baked ziti and was impressed by the taste.
In summary - slow service, predatory billing, but tasty food.
I won’t be returning.

⭐ 1 Star (and that’s still being generous)
This was, without exaggeration, one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had.
From the very beginning, our server, Alejandra T, had a terrible attitude and a facial expression that made it clear she had no desire to be working. No warmth, no professionalism, no basic customer service. We arrived at 3:09 PM, and by 4:30 PM one of our dishes still had not been served. The excuse we were given was that “the dough takes a long time to cook,” which is completely unacceptable after waiting.
Throughout the entire wait, there was not a single attempt by the server or any staff member to calm the situation or even acknowledge the delay. Alejandra stayed hidden in the kitchen while my guests and I became increasingly upset. When she finally came out, I expressed my frustration and asked to speak with the manager. She claimed there was no manager on duty and that she couldn’t call one, which anyone with customer service experience knows is simply not true.
The food was just as disappointing as the service. I ordered a Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, and the chicken was extremely overcooked, dry, and the sauce clearly reheated. In one word: inedible. None of us ate our food. After waiting that long, it’s obvious no one even had an appetite.
As if everything above wasn’t enough, even paying was another form of torture. After asking for the manager and being ignored, she also seemed to completely forget about bringing the check. I waited a long time for her to pick up my card, until I finally had to stand up and go pay myself, as if I were the employee. If payment was supposed to be made at the front, she could have at least had the decency to tell me, instead of leaving me waiting yet again.
To make matters worse, she didn’t even ask if I wanted a receipt. She simply crumpled it up and threw it away, as if she were trying to erase evidence of the entire experience.
The most upsetting part of all is that this was supposed to be a special occasion—my son’s birthday. I brought him here because he loves pizza, and instead, the terrible service and awful food completely ruined the day for my family and me.
This place doesn’t deserve to be in business. Now it makes perfect sense why the restaurant was completely empty. Giving it one star feels far too generous—if there were a -5 star option, that’s exactly what this place would get.

Came here on Mother’s Day with my girlfriend and mother in law. The service is incredible slow. I got my main course before our appetizer came out. When I received my food there was a straw wrapper in my chips, my sub was cold, and there was a hair in my girlfriend’s pasta. All of our food came out at different times as well. I got my food about 5 minutes before my girlfriend did. The service and quality of the food does not reflect the price of the food.

I wish I had taken photos of my food, but unfortunately I ate it all as soon as I opened the lid. I have ordered from here (delivery) multiple times, and this has become my go to spot for Italian food when I’m in the mood. I love their bread sticks, they taste so fresh! I usually order the same thing (pesto salmon, with asparagus, potatoes and pesto noodles and every time this meal has been insanely delicious. I have tried the seafood pasta and again, it is another dish I adore. The food is always warm and tastes so fresh, I love the entire menu. My daughter loves the lasagna and the baked ziti and every single time she has loved it. I’ve tried a few desserts as well, and both the raspberry cheese cake and the tiramisu is amazing. I am excited every time I order from here and I have rarely if ever had anything wrong with my order at all. The fish is always warm, perfectly cooked, and delicious. I am so happy I found this place and plan to come here every time I need some Italian cuisine! My favorite spot of all time. Thank you so much for the food every time!
