I found Brenzel when I was in the market for a used car and wanted to get independent inspections for the vehicles I was interested in.
They got me in the same day both times I brought cars in and did a quick but comprehensive inspection of each one based on their checklist of about 50 items. They pointed out a few issues with each vehicle and the likely failure/necessary maintenance timing and approximate pricing to fix each one, as well as their opinion on each car versus asking price/mileage/age.
Both of the folks I spoke with were friendly and knowledgeable. Although I had never been to this mechanic before, they treated me like I was a longtime loyal customer.
The inspections were priced very fairly, in my opinion--$60 as of fall 2025--and their evaluations helped me negotiate an excellent purchase price. I won't hesitate to bring my vehicle to be serviced here in the future, whether it's for a simple oil change or a more complex issue.

Normally you're not supposed to tell repair shops that you don't know anything about cars for fear that they'll take advantage of you. That was absolutely not the case here. They were kind, patient in educating me on what the issue was and what my options were. They helped me find an affordable solution that allows me to get back on the road SAFELY and get to where I need to go. I can't recommend them enough!! I am blown away by their service and professionalism! I will definitely be back again!! 10/10 they truly set the mark of how you're supposed to run a business!!

Wow, I was so impressed. I had a flat tire and was panicked. I managed to get there and they were all so nice. Told me don’t worry about it. They would have it changed by the time I filled out the paperwork and they certainly did only charged me $16 to patch it. I will definitely be back when I need them great group of guys.

Brenzels is the best! I was looking for an auto body shop that is more community oriented and trustworthy and was lucky enough that this place was right in my neighborhood. These guys go above and beyond every time I take my car in. They’re thorough with their work and are reasonably priced. I know when I take my car here, the job will be done right. Even when I take my car in for something totally separate, they are checking my oil level and tires. Just overall making sure my vehicle is in a good place. Thank you all!!

Walked out to my car today to a flat tire. These guys fixed me up in mere minutes, turning my disappointment around faster than I could believe and keeping my day completely on track. I’ll be back for my mechanic needs from here on.
