Finally made it here after wanting to try this place for a long time — and it did not disappoint. I was so hungry when I arrived I ordered way more than I normally would… and didn’t even manage to take photos before digging in.
I had the bean and ham soup, french fries, and the bacon breakfast sandwich, plus a chocolate croissant and a chicken pot pie to go. Everything was delicious. The bean and ham soup was super tasty— today was the last day they were serving it since the menu changes often, but wow, I’d eat that regularly if I could.
The chicken pot pie was fantastic: crisp, flaky puff pastry with large chunks of chicken and great flavor. Even after heating it hours later. Hands down my favorite thing I ordered was the chocolate croissant. If you love a really good chocolate croissant, this one is top-tier.
Customer service was excellent. The staff was friendly, brought our food out to the table, and when I asked for aioli on the side and it came on the sandwich, they fixed it quickly and kindly — no hesitation.
The only small note is seating — it was completely full when we arrived, and we were lucky to snag a table as people were getting up. We may have just hit a rush, but it’s something to keep in mind if you’re dining in.
Delicious food, great service, I’ll absolutely be back!

Easy 5 stars for this excellent bakery. They have plenty of unique pastries, and a good array of coffee choices. We loved the mushroom quiche and the bacon egg sandwich. The place gets busy mid-morning, despite having plenty of space to seat. Staff is friendly and the kitchen is fast.

Every time we visit Crust & Crumb, the service and food are exceptional! I had the Grape and Pecan Chicken Salad Sandwich, which was absolutely delicious. My husband ordered the Philly Cheesesteak and enjoyed every bite. The Blackberry Matcha was a unique and refreshing treat that we both loved.
The owner even came out to personally check on us and make sure everything was perfect, which really adds to the welcoming atmosphere. Crust & Crumb never disappoints—they offer such a wide variety of amazing food and drink options. We’ll definitely be coming back again and again!

Food was very good. Iced coffee tasted a bit burnt, but the cappuccino was incredible. Service was excellent. Atmosphere was good if a little full. They’re expanding - which I think will make it cozier, without being cramped. Bakery is top tier & the Chef checked on everyone to make sure we had the best experience.

Fun small pet friendly eatery nestled in Norton Commons is clearly a neighborhood fan! It’s cute, clean and has an exciting menu. You should come for the pastries and bread and stay for the lunch menu. Come enough to try it all! Though not plated extremely (small lunchroom size plastic tray like plates) well the pastries and sandwiches are visually pleasing in and of themselves. The “wheat theme” of the restaurant is carried through the experience well on serving papers, food picks and cups. Lots of young people enjoying the spot and artisan drink offerings. Definitely worth the drive and the wait! Go and enjoy 😊 (I didn’t give 5 stars overall because both items that I ordered i asked to be served hot-both were tepid at best.)
