Our daughter told my wife and me about this little donut shop. We're not from Bardstown, but we recently visited, and my wife wanted to try a caramel nut roll. Unfortunately, they were out at the time. However, I was able to return on business and picked one up for her. I'm telling you, this place is a delightful gem in Bardstown. If you enjoy donuts or rolls, I guarantee you won’t be disappointed. Plus, the staff is incredibly sweet and kind.

I had to try Hadorn’s Bakery after so many recommendations and I’m glad I did. They had a great selection of your classic well known donuts plus the one they are known for, the Yum Yum donut. All of the donuts I grabbed were amazing, light, fluffy, and baked to perfection but if I were making a suggestion, don’t miss out on the Yum Yum donut. It was my first time trying the Yum Yum donut and it was by far the best. If you are in the Bardstown area and are in the mood for donuts try out Hardon’s Bakery. Pro tip - get there early as lines form and the most popular donuts run out.

My husband and I got two pretzel donuts, a cinnamon twist and a caramel iced cream filled donut. They were all amazing. We saved the second pretzel donut for today and it's just as good a day later. I would recommend anyone go there if they are in town.

Personally I love their lemon donuts and find that it is hard to find any competition for them. The filling is well distributed and intense, just the way I like my lemon donuts. Other donuts here are good too, of course. It's a well known secret that this is the best donut place in the area, so get there early because once the donuts run out they close.

I lived near here for 40 years but moved away 10 years ago, Back in town and was glad to see Hadorns was still here. I don't eat donuts often, but I love Hadorns donuts! Great to visit again!
