Elijah Goldsmith was great to work with. He kept us informed and made sure the work quality exceeded our expectations. As for the workers who replaced the shingles, all were very professional and it was obvious they had very good training. After the work was completed, all nails, roofing material and shingles were picked up from our yard. Delicate flowers and plants in the front flowerbed were well protected with plastic sheeting and survived with no damage
I've had my shingles replaced 2 other times and Ragnar is the best. I highly recommend....

Ragnar Roofing deserves every bit of praise I can give. A couple of years ago, Aaron and the rest of the team installed a new roof on my home. My house was built in 1956 and takes a beating from the Ohio River Valley weather, but they did an outstanding job from the start. Recently I noticed a couple of issues and, worried about the upcoming spring rains, I called my insurance company first. They were dismissive and rude, you know how it goes when they think they might have to pay for something. They told me my roof should still be under warranty but implied that the roofing company probably wouldn't respond. Well, they were wrong. I called Ragnar Roofing, and despite my stress (and I'll admit, I wasn't the friendliest on the phone), they treated me with kindness and professionalism. They sent out a knowledgeable staff member the very next morning, and he resolved every concern quickly and thoroughly. As I write this, I'm hearing thunder outside, and I feel completely at ease knowing my home is protected.
It's hard to find companies you can truly trust these days, but Ragnar Roofing has earned that trust. Their workmanship, integrity, and customer service are exceptional. I'm grateful for their help, and for their patience with me when I was worried and frustrated.

Elijah came by inspected the roof and showed me the damage to my roof. He contacted my insurance company and handled all of the details to insure I got a. New roof. He was here when the insurance adjuster inspected and made sure they saw all of the damage. I am very satisfied with Ragnar Roofing and highly recommend them.

Alijah Goldsmith was the person who I worked with on this insurance claim. He did all the heavy lifting with getting the claim setup and get me on understanding the process. He worked with me on some of my concerns and was accommodating on them with schedule, payment process, and any on site issues I noticed. The roof looks great and very happy overall.

Sean Newton was supportive and was with me and all my questions throughout the process.
The crew who put on the new roof were exacting and efficient. I have a complicated house, and it took only 3 days.
The new roof is tight and beautiful. I recommend Ragnar Roofing to anyone.
